Refund policy

At Sweet Pea Designs Co., we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

**Return Window:**

We accept returns within **14 days** from the date you receive your order.

**Eligibility for Returns:**

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Custom orders and personalized items are **not eligible for returns** unless there is a defect or error on our part.

**Return Process:**

1. Contact us at sweetpeadesignsco@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in our response. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. After we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


**Damaged or Defective Items:**

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

- Custom-made or personalized designs.

- Items purchased on final sale.
